Newborn Photos in Kincardine || Meet Harlowe

During the pandemic it was difficult to have in-home newborn sessions, especially since I am new to the Kincardine area and, to be frank, we have very few family members or friends in the area yet. I can’t wait to be photographing all the newborns and families in Kincardine, Port Elgin and area communities but until then I was lucky, so very lucky, to photograph my new niece Harlowe.

It is a very different experience going into a home with first time parents versus a chaotic toddler filled home. It is quieter. It allows me to give more direction to get the shots in a more intentional way. New parents are often wondering if they are doing everything right, making sure the baby is fed and warm and sleeping, so it is nice to allow them the time to have a coffee and sit and relax while I capture it all.

If you are in Kincardine, Port Elgin or Bruce County and in the market for newborn photos I would love to chat and answer any questions about what a session might look like for you and your family. Send me a message and tell me about your family and your hopes for capturing this amazing time in your lives.

Also, check out Harlowe’s keepsake video. I include one with every newborn session but am partial to this baby girl because I get to watch her grow her whole life long.
